Abstract
The study effects of instructional leadership on current academic achievement of students, various leadership styles were pooled, and student achievement were analyzed and relationship between educational leaderships was acknowledged. The literature reviews and research articles/papers were independent from one another. The Outcomes of the analyses were made with random effects and the models result showed that educational leaderships show a medium outcome on student achievements. Looking at the effects of educational leadership on student achievements, it’s highly suggested to observe the effect of leadership on other mechanisms of the school systems and its’ shareholders in coming studies. The research was conducted to study the effectiveness of self-regulated study for the student’s achievements. In the study respondents were taken with the simple stratified method and data was collected and the questionnaire was prepared for this study. This study was planned because of the instructional leadership on academic achievement of the students. Than the collected data was analyzed and was interpretative with the SPSS (statistical package for social sciences). The frequency, percentage, mean and stander deviation of the gender have 115 male and 135 female and mean 1.4 and S.D are .49 individually. With the highest age 15 year which had the highest frequency and the lowest age frequency was 24 of the 18-year-old respondents. The highest and lowest percentage of the respondents is 34.4 and 9.6 respectively. The highest education level which has highest frequency and the lowest age frequency was 105 of the primary level of the respondents. With that the highest and lowest percentage outcome for the respondents is 42 and 24 respectively.

1. Introduction
The Leadership and particularly head teacher leadership has remained the focal point of this study from the late 1960s, but the ideas of leadership are never consistently defined, which has led to a consensus being undetermined on its real roles and its actual significance inside the school environment. (Fullan, 2001; Sergiovanni, 2001; Harris, 2005). Instructional leadership involves setting clear goals, managing curriculum, Monitoring lesson plans, allocating resources and evaluating teachers regularly to Promote student learning and growth. Quality of instruction is the top priority for the instructional principal. Every leader has a crucial role to play in the growth and development of his or her organization. Leadership in schools has been a major cause for concern, not only in our society, but on a global level. Leaders are metaphorically viewed as anchors, as they are responsible for the success of their organization. One needs to realize that the school comprises of various entities of leadership, but the principal plays a dominant role, one that is inextricably linked to the growth and development of the school.
Effective school leadership today must combine the traditional school leadership duties such as teacher evaluation, budgeting, schedulin, and facilities maintenance with a deep involvement with specific aspects of teaching and learning. 2. Material and Methods
The main goal of the study was effect of instructional leadership on academic achievement of students. The descriptive research plan was used for this study. Questionnaires were used for meeting the information and procedure was used for the point of view and valuable opinions from the teachers and students.

2.1 Research Desain
It was a correlational study. To explore the relationship between teacher’s performance and student’s achievement.

2.2 Delimination of Study
The study was delimited to the following;
a. All the teachers of high schools;
b. The study was delimited to the session 2017 – 2018.

2.3 Population
The study is “Effect of instructional leadership on academic achievement of students at high school level in Rawalpindi city”. So the high school level of Rawalpindi city was selected for this research and in this context, public school teachers and students is involved as the population of study. Keeping in view it is an up heave task to collect authentic sample to make generalization for the rest. I have taken keen interest in this core job for my study and tried to get a sample for the stream which can be considered as valid as possible. The list of high schools was taken from ………
